After ongoing issues with my exiting smile, I found my way here. From the first phone call they were able to not only identify the issue but assured me they could fix it. We needed to start from scratch, but the commitment to making my smile not only beautiful but functional has been amazing. I am very pleased and will recommend them highly.

I love my new smile! I went to Denture Center of Ephrata for a full upper plate and a lower partial. I was well taken care of. Not only was I kept informed but also educated along the way. I greatly appreciated the personal care and how quickly I was able to be seen for adjustments. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the dentures. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because they don't accept insurance. They did bill my insurance for me when all was said and done so that I could seek reimbursement.

Amazing experience!! Brought my grandparent here for some much needed denture work and we loved the experience!! She got an amazing partial done. Would recommend to all my Lancaster denture needing friends

Good craftsmanship but his prices are outrageous. A couple of years ago he made a set for my grandmother. Although they were done with good durable quality material and looked great, they did not fit well and her bottom partial broke within the month. When I took it in to see if he could repair it, he told me that it would be 300 bucks. After he made it, we paid for it and she tried it on, he said that she may need a flexible denture which he did not offer at that time nor did he offer to give the money back so we left with product in hand. If he could not make a flexible partial then he shouldn't have made one for her in the first place. His prices are higher then most places in Lancaster County. We ended up going to Nusmile and got a top-of-the-line set for half the price

I recently had a parent in need of denture work, desperately in my opinion. We actually shopped around a bit, and found "Denture Center of Ephrata." Incredible facility and staff. We weren't treated like a number, extremely personal care. The dentures were ready on time, but unfortunately, needed an adjustment. Denture Center didn't hesitate to bend over backwards to perfect the dentures that would change my parent's life. It is hard to imagine a life without a smile you're proud of, or the ability to eat freely in public. I, myself, take these activities for granted. Seeing the happiness and mood boosting ability of a solid smile, and confident bite is everything. Can't thank this company enough! You literally change lives. Keep up the good work and don't ever stop!

FIVE STARS++ That staff here was amazing . . . cheerful, respectful, and concerned about my satisfaction. I felt like they were working exclusively for ME. Booking appointments was easy (I liked texting them), and they gave me as much time as I needed. I never felt rushed or hurried. They listened to all my concerns and requests (of which there was many), and they and were able to exceed my expectations. Very detailed in the selection of the best materials. Also, the lab uses a heat-cured process that makes the acrylic stronger and more accurate than anything else I’ve had in the past. I’ve had full dentures since I was a younger adult, 33, so I know I thing or two about good quality. I highly recommend for those needing dentures at any age. I got a smile compliment from a stranger less than a day after leaving the office. For people like me, that's a victory in itself. I hope this set lasts a good 4-5 years; and when I’m ready for a new one, I’ll be back. Thanks guys. . . with big smiles. -Curt F.

Working with the Denture Center of Ephrata was a breeze! I cannot recommend their services enough. I called them to see if they could repair my dad's dentures, and not only did they get me in the same day, but it was super quick and the workmanship was perfect. It's been months since the repair and they are holding up great! Thanks so much!
